The Folk Canada Annual General Meeting of its Members (AGM) will take place Monday, December 1, 2025 (11:00AM PT/12:00PM MT/1:00PM CT/2:00PM ET/3:00PM AT) through Zoom and will run for approximately 90 minutes.
This meeting is open to Folk Canada members only, and requires an RSVP. Please fill out the RSVP form to confirm your attendance at the 2025 AGM.
The zoom link to join the call, as well as documents to review, will be sent 10 days prior to the meeting.
If you would like to attend but are not an active member/need to renew your membership, please contact Joel Elliott at joel@folkcanada.com
If you are unable to attend, you may assign a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. If you would like to do so, please complete the proxy form linked below. Completed proxy forms must be e-mailed to joel@folkcanada.com (before 5:00pm, Friday, November 28, 2025).
