Brian Tremblay: The Washout

On November 2, 2024 Brian Tremblay will be releasing the first single from his new album, In the Tracks of the Black Bear. The album is dedicated to the short line railroads of Northern Ontario; in particular, the Algoma Central Railway. The album contains 6 new songs that Tremblay wrote for the project and 6 traditional train and railroad songs. The first single is The Washout. Brian wrote this one about a problem many trains face during the rainy season. The album will be released in the new year.
In 2025, Tremblay and another Northern Ontario artist are planing a double bill tour throughout Northern Ontario playing historic sites and buildings with their concept albums about the areas history, stories and characters.
