Newfoundland-based Claire Porter is a dynamic singer songwriter with a powerful voice. She’s been described as having the prowess and punch of Judy Garland mixed with the lyrical grit of Tom Waits. Porter's recently-released debut album Time Alone is an alt-lounge project that both soothes and disturbs. It features seven songs that all serve as singles. Also, on October 6th, Claire's single "Preservatives" is being released in a French version.
