Clela Errington: Walkin’ Each Other Home

ree

There’s a quiet power at the heart of “Walkin’ Each Other Home”, the fifth studio album from Toronto-based singer-songwriter Clela Errington. Rooted in folk, jazz and blues, the songs open slowly, like a door into another room where longing, love, sorrow, and sanctuary coexist.

Recorded live off the floor at Ganaraska Recording Co. with producer Jimmy Bowskill (Blue Rodeo, Brooks & Bowskill), the album is a graceful, slow-burning meditation on what it means to belong — to a place, a people, or a truth.
