Conference Delegate List
An updated attendee list with emails has been sent directly to all Folk Canada Conference Registrants for viewing. Please note the following:
Do not share with anyone. This list is for registrants of the Folk Canada 2026 conference only.
Do not add these emails to your mailing list. This violates The Canadian Anti Spam Legislation (CASL). This list is for reaching out to attendees pre and post conference only.
There are two documents, but are the same list. One sorted by last name, one sorted by organization.
The list will be updated each week leading up to the conference. We will send this email to all registrants directly.

Whether you’re attending for the first time or looking to enhance your experience, this session covers essential topics like setting achievable goals, effective networking, and making the most of every opportunity—from preparation to post-event follow-ups.
If you cannot attend the session, no worries! We’re recording the meeting and will make it available for viewing on our Youtube page. A link will be sent to all attendees following the event.

Lightning Talks - Last Day to Sign Up!
On Tuesday, an invite was sent to all attendees to sign up for Lightning Talks (B2B meetings). These ‘speed’ meetings will take place before the conference via Zoom. In this way, attendees will be given the chance to meet, network with, and pitch to music industry professionals and buyers before arriving at the conference.
All Lightning Talks sessions are booked through an app called SignUp Genius. The app recognizes signups by email, so if you are not registered for the conference, you will not be able to make your booking. You will also need to quote the code noted below. If you need help with registration, or are planning on using a different email than the one you registered with, please contact us at joel@folkcanada.com

IMPORTANT: Meetings are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis. You are limited to 5 bookings, to ensure that all participants have an opportunity to meet with a delegate of interest. If we notice that you have booked more than 5 meetings, we will remove meetings of our choice from your total until there are only 5.

Community Folk Fest - Sunday, Oct.18
Join us on Sunday, October 18th from 1 to 8pm at Mills Hardware in downtown Hamilton for the Folk Canada Community Folk Festival!
We’re bringing together artists from across Canada and beyond for a day of live music, folk festival style collaborative workshops, songs, stories and performances.
The day kicks off with Come On Up To The House, bringing The Barrel Boys and AV & The Inner City together for gospel songs, followed by Stranger Than Fiction: Songs with a Story with Jacob Brodovsky, Dana Sipos and JD Crosstown, and The Wayfaring Stranger: Traditional Vocal Songs & Stories with Oh Pray Tell, Dane Pedersen and Sympa César.
Throughout the afternoon, we’ll also have spotlight performances from Duane Andrews & The Hot Club Of Conception Bay, Yassin & Sean Terrio, Desirée Dawson and Hendrika, before Beauxmont and Supalung take us into the evening.
