    • Tune into the power of the hive mind! This 'unconference' session is part networking, part skill share, and all inclusive. The session will begin by introducing a dozen hosts, who will each share the topic being discussed at their round table - leveraging spreadsheets, gaming the algorithms, writing the perfect bio, excelling at e-commerce, border-crossing best practises, wrangling royalties, greening your career choices, and many more.

    • After introductions, attendees will self-organize, moving from table to table to gather the sweet information they need, cross-pollinate with their own expertise, and co-create an environment where everyone has a chance to learn from each other. Delegates can stay at one table and dive deep, or float from conversation to conversation, and every drop of wisdom will be captured on colour coded cue cards. The full deck of handy tips and tricks will be shared out with the entire delegation post-conference as an open-source, crowd-created treasure trove of tips and tricks.

    • Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a laptop or device along.
