Toronto-based Anishinaabe artist and songwriter Graeme Jonez is on a wave right now. He's got music in a movie that just premiered at TIFF (Nika & Madison), his latest single "Nebraska" is currently #2 on the Indigenous Music Countdown, and his much-anticipated sophomore album, Crossways, was just released on September 12.
Crossways is a roots-rock album built around Jonez's lyricism and acoustic guitar, but you’ll hear various influences and styles: blues, indie rock, Americana, jazz and even hip hop.
