With a career spanning decades, he has earned critical acclaim for his heartfelt lyrics, rich vocals, and dynamic performances. A member of the Toronto music scene since his teenage years, Taylor gained recognition as a member of Staggered Crossing before launching a successful solo career. His work, including albums like The Ridge, often explores themes of identity, heritage, and personal growth, reflecting his mixed Mohawk and West Indian roots. Taylor's music has garnered multiple awards and nominations, affirming his status as a prominent figure in Canadian music.
