Kate Weekes: Rideau Roots 

The title track of Kate Weekes' upcoming album Rideau Roots is released through a music video on Sept. 23, 2025. The video features footage from the scouting trip for the floating musical residency led by Kate on the Rideau and Katarokwi Rivers in the spring of 2022. The subsequent canoe trip is the inspiration behind Kate's upcoming album, Rideau Roots. The full album will be released October 27th with Ontario tour dates in November.
