Maureen Pollard: Sad Songs for a Merry Season

Singer-songwriter Maureen Pollard daylights as a grief and trauma therapist, so she knows that the holidays can be a painful time for many people despite the pressure to be bright and festive. The seven songs on her new EP, Sad Songs for a Merry Season, were written in the shadows of tragedy and grief and she hopes they bring solace for those experiencing the sort of pain that sometimes haunts the holiday season.
