Release: September 26

Moira Chicilo's new single, Reviver, laments the hollowing-out of small towns – places that once embodied a spirit of resilience and opportunity but now face a steep decline as they try to survive in uncertain times. Moira grew up in a farming community in Saskatchewan, and likely because of this, the song conveys an intimacy, almost as if you are driving in the car alongside her, down the main street. She hopes to remind us of the importance of small towns to the cultural identity of our country -- any discussion of Canada isn’t complete without the story of the small town.
