momondays @ Function Bar & Kitchen

Hosted by Michel Neray

w/ Blair Packham, Angela Saini, Rodney Whittenberg

February 23, 2026 - 6:30-9:30pm

Function Bar & Kitchen - Toronto, ON

After a strong Philadelphia debut, momondays lands back in Toronto — sharper, bolder, and unapologetically personal.

momondays is not a standard songwriter round. It’s three self-contained, one-person shows in a single night. Original songs. Real backstories. No polite distance. Each artist builds a narrative arc — then performs it.

Hosted by Michel Neray, this edition features:

Blair Packham — One-Hit Wonder

What happens after the “big hit”? Packham pulls back the curtain on the music industry’s glow and shadow — ambition, ego, reinvention — and yes, he’ll play the song you’re thinking of.

Angela Saini — Remember Who You Are

Roots-infused folk-pop with backbone. Saini’s set blends sing-along hooks with a pointed message about self-trust, resilience, and refusing to shrink.

Rodney Whittenberg — How I Discovered I Was Black

An Emmy Award–winning composer for film, television, and dance, Whittenberg confronts identity head-on — examining how race, culture, and perception shape who we believe we are.

Three artists. Three fully realized stories. No filler.

Expect big feels. Insights. Laughter. Possibly all at once.
