Oh Pray Tell: Self-Titled EP

Oh Pray Tell is based in British Columbia. Sally Titasey, Shayna Jones and Betty Supple live on Sinixt Territory (Slocan Valley, BC).

As a trio of three mothers and interdisciplinary artists, our lived experiences shape the music:

  • Shayna Jones is a storyteller, folklorist and a full-blooded African-Canadian woman.

  • Sally Titasey is a visual artist and Torres Strait Islander with Melanesian, Polynesian, and European roots.

  • Betty Supple is a performance artist, clown and a descendant of English and Celtic settlers.

Together, we create music that reflects resilience, lineage, devotion, and transformation.

This four-song collection captures the heart of our current sound — three-part harmonies woven with banjo, stomp-clap-cajon rhythms, and a touch of spoken word. Rooted in rhythm & blues, folk and soul traditions, gospel inspirations and poetic storytelling, the EP moves between hush and swell, ritual and release.
