This one reflects how scary it is to open up to people these days. Seems like everyone either has an agenda, is using you, or manipulates you. It makes us so guarded that even our defence mechanisms are playing against us. It's normal to be careful, especially when you've been hurt or abandoned, but sometimes you just have to trust that maybe someone out there is sincere and wants to heal just as much as you do. And the best way to heal is to open up to someone. "Things We Don't Say" portrays that exact feeling of vulnerability and growth. I hope you like it!
