Tean Dream: Radio

Writer: Folk CanadaFolk Canada

RADIO is the second single off Tean Dream's debut album 'Shine.' Perfect for springtime, the song is a Jazz-inflected '70s pop-inspired tune. It is modern indie pop with a sepia-toned dreamy feel - a perfect road-trip, feel- good, make-brunch, uplift-the-spirit, and soothe-the-mind kind of song to start a new season and let go of the last.

From the Artist:

It’s easy to get caught up in the noise. The ways that you’ll never win and the wrongs you’ve sustained, that you’ve imposed. 'Radio' is about letting go of the games you get caught up in, that you often feel you have to play to survive, to have joy, to achieve your dreams. The song is about being in your body, being present and okay with yourself, your situation, your quirks, faults...and also, whatever the hell is on the radio. You can’t hate everything all the time. You can’t be so hard on everything all the time - especially yourself. The song has joy to it in this way.
