We want to express our deepest gratitude, not only to our consistently inspiring community of artists, presenters, and industry professionals, but also to our sponsors and funders for helping us to realize this incredible event.
The 2024 Folk Music Ontario Conference in Mississauga brought together a vibrantly talented community of 800+ music professionals, including over 230 artists from across Canada and delegates from over 15 international countries. The event featured over 180 artist showcases across multiple stages, and inspiring speakers and mentors who led thought-provoking discussions on issues impacting the folk music sector. This year’s conference provided a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the diverse voices shaping the future of folk music.
