THANK YOU EVERYONE!

We did it! The 2026 Folk Canada conference has come to an end, and the team is sending out the biggest thank you imaginable to every single one of you for making it absolutely phenomenal. 

Over 1000 Folkies from around the world assembled to share songs, meet other creative professionals, make friendships, find business, express joy, and network (sometimes through square dancing and aqua-sizing!).

We would like to express our gratitude, acknowledging the support of our funders, sponsors, donors, and industry partners whom we couldn't do this without: The Canadian Government through the Department of Canadian Heritage, CAPF, Canada Ireland 180, CanExport Associations and FACTOR, Ontario Creates and the Ontario Arts Council, Hamilton Tourism and Hamilton City of Music.

Big thanks as well to the staff at Folk Canada, Soundbox Productions, the Sheraton Hamilton Downtown and all our satellite venues.
