The Slocan Ramblers @ Brampton Folk Club

The next Friday Folk Night will be March 27th when we present the energetic bluegrass band The Slocan Ramblers. The Slocan Ramblers are Canada’s bluegrass band to watch. They have been featured on the Grand Ole Opry and were a Juno Award Nominee in 2019. With a reputation for energetic live shows, impeccable musicianship and an uncanny ability to convert anyone within earshot into a lifelong fan, The Slocan Ramblers have been winning over audiences from Merlefest to RockyGrass and everywhere in between. Opening act: Julia and Peter..

 

Advance tickets are just $22 and can be purchased:

  • from the City Box Office or in person at the Rose Theatre after noon on weekdays.

  • from St. Paul’s United Church (30 Main St. South) in person Monday mornings, Friday mornings, or all day Wednesdays.

The concert will be held Sanderson Hall, in the upper level of St. Paul’s United Church, 30 Main St. South, Brampton. It runs from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., with doors opening at 7 p.m. Come hungry and enjoy our yummy desserts and drinks!


The concert is wheelchair accessible and free parking is available at City Hall as well as the condo at 6 John St across from the church.
